BedzAI focuses on transforming how people discover rooms, bedspaces, shared accommodation, roommates, rental properties, and real estate opportunities.
By combining artificial intelligence, smart matching, verified listings, and automation, BedzAI aims to make property discovery faster, more transparent, and more efficient for tenants, property owners, agents, and investors.
Role Description
We are seeking a Co-Founder & Strategic Investor to join BedzAI at an early-stage incubation phase.
This is a leadership opportunity designed for an entrepreneur, investor, or operator who wants to actively participate in building and scaling an AI-powered PropTech platform from the ground up.
The role involves working closely with the founding team on strategy, product direction, market validation, partnerships, and growth execution.
This is a hybrid role based in the United Arab Emirates with flexibility for remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall business strategy and long-term growth planning
- Support fundraising strategy, investor communications, and capital planning
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships in real estate and technology sectors
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity validation
- Help define and refine go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition approach
- Collaborate on product direction based on user feedback and market insights
- Support early-stage business development and expansion planning
- Participate in high-level decision-making across product, growth, and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups, business development, investment, real estate, or technology
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with execution capability
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Interest in AI, PropTech, and marketplace platforms
- Existing network in UAE or GCC startup ecosystem is a plus
- Prior founder, investor, or leadership experience is highly advantageous
