- If you possess a deep academic background and a "Founder’s Heart" that yearns to build a scalable commercial venture from the ground up, this is your opportunity.
- The Current Stage: From Idea to Impact 🌱
- Ground Zero: We are currently in the ideation and foundational phase. This means you will be joining at the very beginning, with the unique opportunity to co-design the company’s vision and strategy from day one.
- The Profile: A Scientific Mind with a Startup Soul 🧠
- The Academic Edge: A strong research-driven background (PhD or Research-heavy Masters) in Material Science, Physics, or Renewable Energy.
- Hands-on Product Development: This is a technical builder role. You will be responsible for developing the core technology and product by leveraging your research and expertise to move from concept to functional prototype.
- The Entrepreneurial Spark: You are driven by impact. You have a vision to transform technical "know-how" into a market-leading business.
- Cultural Synergy: Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred (UAE Nationals).
