Role Description
The Co-Founder role at MedEventus is a pivotal position requiring leadership and collaboration to shape the company's vision, strategy, and operations.
As a Co-Founder, you will identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and oversee marketing, sales, and service delivery to ensure the platform's ongoing success in the medical events industry.
You will work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation, lead business development efforts, and inspire team members to achieve ambitious goals.
This is an on-site role based in Riyadh.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teams and build relationships with stakeholders
- Expertise in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive growth and strengthen partnerships
- Proven ability to perform Research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Previous experience in leadership positions or entrepreneurial ventures is highly desirable
- Understanding of the healthcare or medical events industry, especially within the MENA region, is an advantage
- Preferred Skills and knowledge:
- Familiar with the startup ecosystem and fundraising
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teams and build relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to perform Research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Understanding of the healthcare or medical events industry, especially within the MENA region
- What's on offer:
- This is an equity-based co-founder role with no salary at this stage.
- You'll receive meaningful equity with standard 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff, formalised at the time of incorporation and funding.
Compensation
will be structured as part of our fundraising round.
