We are currently forming the founding team.
The Role
We are seeking a UAE-based psychologist, psychology-trained professional, or medical doctor who is actively considering a transition out of full-time clinical practice and into venture building.
Arabic language capability is preferred but not essential.
This is a true co-founder seat.
During the early stage, the role will be part-time and equity-based only.
The expectation is meaningful contribution as the company takes shape, with the intention of scaling commitment as the venture grows.
Rather than a fixed job description, this role is about shaping the governance integrity, ethical posture, and long-term direction of the platform from inception.
The right partner would help ensure that safety, boundaries, and regulatory awareness are foundational to the build, while contributing to broader strategic decisions as the company evolves.
Experience
engaging with regulators, compliance bodies, or healthcare authorities in the UAE is highly attractive but not essential.
What We're Looking For
- Are based in the UAE
- Have formal psychology or medical training
- Are seriously considering stepping out of traditional practice
- Understand regulatory environments in the UAE
- Are attracted to working and operating at the intersection of mental resilience, wellness, AI, and structured systems
- Have a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and its long-term potential to support mental resilience and behavioural wellness
- Can commit part-time during the early stage
- This is not suited to someone looking for a paid advisory role. It is suited to someone seeking meaningful ownership and long-term equity participation.
