Role Description

The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of Red Club 777 as a full-time leader.

This hybrid position is based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week as business needs allow.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the brand positioning, designing and overseeing member journeys, and curating high-impact events and experiences that reflect the ethos of the circle.

The Co-Founder will build and nurture strategic partnerships, lead community development efforts, and collaborate on sales, membership growth, and retention initiatives.

The role also involves overseeing market research, analyzing performance metrics, managing key stakeholder relationships, and contributing to operational and financial planning to ensure sustainable, values-aligned scale.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand market dynamics, member needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement, member relationship management, and internal collaboration.
  • Proven Sales experience in high-touch or relationship-driven environments, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Solid Marketing skills, ideally in brand, community, or experiential marketing, to grow awareness while preserving exclusivity.
  • Demonstrated experience in founding, co-founding, or leading early-stage ventures, communities, or premium/luxury brands.
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on, with a bias toward action, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a discreet, invitation-only context, with high standards of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi, with the ability to attend in-person events and meetings as required.
  • Background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.
