As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a
creative co-founder-level leader
who can elevate PetBae’s brand, craft iconic marketing campaigns, and help shape the long-term strategic narrative of the company.
This is a
rare opportunity to join a high-growth startup at a formative stage and help define the brand that will lead the pet services industry in the region.
Role Summary

Brand Vision & Creative Direction -
- Define and evolve PetBae’s brand identity as the
- most trusted and culturally relevant pet care platform in the region

- Develop strong brand narratives that resonate emotionally with pet owners and position PetBae as the
- default choice for pet services

- Oversee the creative direction of campaigns, content, and storytelling across all marketing channels.
Conceptualize
- high-impact campaigns

- Introduce new and unconventional marketing approaches that elevate the brand.

- Culturally relevant moments that put PetBae at the center of conversation.
Strategic Marketing Thinking -
Work closely with the founders to define both
short-term and long-term marketing strategies

Identify opportunities to scale brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through
innovative marketing frameworks and positioning.
Help shape how PetBae evolves into a
super app for pet services.
Creative Collaboration -
Collaborate with the existing marketing team to translate ideas into real campaigns.
While you will not be responsible for operational execution, you will guide the
creative direction, messaging, and overall campaign vision.
Brand Partnerships & Cultural Presence -
Identify opportunities for PetBae to collaborate with brands, influencers, and communities that align with our identity.
Build brand partnerships that strengthen PetBae’s positioning in the pet and lifestyle ecosystems.
Candidate Profile
- We are looking for a
- creative strategist with exceptional marketing instincts.

Experience
Strong background in
brand strategy, creative marketing, or campaign development
.
Experience
in startups, consumer brands, marketplaces, or tech platforms is highly preferred.

that significantly increased visibility or engagement.

You naturally generate marketing ideas that stand out and capture attention.

Ability to connect creative campaigns to long-term brand and business strategy.

PetBae is a startup environment and requires individuals who are
highly driven and comfortable building something from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who is motivated by
ownership, impact, and long-term value creation.
Compensation
This role is structured as a
co-founder-level opportunity with equity participation.
There will be
no salary for the first six months
, during which compensation will be equity-based.
Following this initial period and as the company continues scaling, the role will transition into a
salary + equity structure aligned with company performance and funding milestones.
