About The Opportunity

We are building an AI-powered analytics platform underpinned by a cutting-edge semantic layer, designed to transform how organisations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC understand, govern, and act on their data.

We are looking for a commercially driven, well-connected co-founder to lead our go-to-market strategy across Saudi Arabia, with scope to expand into the wider GCC region.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the product, brand, and business alongside a technical founding team.

Saudi Arabia is one of the world's fastest-growing technology markets, driven by Vision 2030, large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and increasing adoption of AI across government, enterprise, and regulated industries.

We need someone who can navigate this ecosystem, build strategic relationships, and accelerate commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close distribution partnerships with consulting firms, systems integrators, digital transformation providers, and technology advisory firms across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, enabling them to resell and implement the platform with their clients.
  • Proactively engage enterprise and mid-market organisations across sectors including government, financial services, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, education, and retail to arrange product demonstrations and build a direct sales pipeline.
  • Own and run a regular webinar and executive briefing programme showcasing product capabilities, customer success stories, and thought leadership on AI-powered analytics, data governance, and enterprise intelligence.
  • Represent the company at leading regional events including LEAP, Seamless Saudi Arabia, Black Hat MEA, Future Investment Initiative (FII), and industry-specific conferences and roundtables.
  • Source and secure strategic venue and ecosystem partnerships for executive breakfasts, workshops, innovation sessions, and customer events by leveraging your network across Saudi Arabia.
  • Generate and track revenue, reporting on pipeline development, conversion rates, partnership performance, and commercial growth metrics.
  • Work closely with the technical founding team to translate customer and partner feedback into product direction, ensuring the platform addresses regional requirements around data sovereignty, AI governance, Arabic language support, and enterprise integration.
  • Build the company's credibility and visibility within the Saudi and GCC technology ecosystem, including government programmes, innovation hubs, accelerators, investment networks, and industry associations.
  • Support the business in navigating regional procurement processes, enterprise sales cycles, government opportunities, and local compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, partnerships, business development, or technology consulting, ideally within analytics, data platforms, AI, or SaaS.
  • Strong existing network across Saudi enterprises, government entities, consultancies, systems integrators, and technology decision-makers.
  • Experience working with organisations undergoing digital transformation, AI adoption, data modernisation, or enterprise technology programmes.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment where you create processes, open doors, and build commercial momentum from the ground up.
  • Able to engage credibly with C-level executives, government stakeholders, and technical teams on topics including AI, analytics, data governance, and business intelligence.
  • Experience organising or hosting executive events, webinars, industry roundtables, or ecosystem engagements that have generated measurable commercial outcomes.
  • A founder mindset focused on long-term value creation, equity ownership, and building a category-defining company.
  • Understanding of Saudi and GCC enterprise buying cycles, public sector procurement, Vision 2030 initiatives, and regional technology priorities is highly desirable.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh, or willing to relocate. Existing relationships within the Saudi technology and innovation ecosystem are a significant advantage.

The successful candidate will join the founding team as

Co-Founder, Commercial & Growth (Saudi Arabia)

and will receive a meaningful equity stake in the business, aligned with their contribution to company growth, partnerships, revenue generation, and long-term value creation.

This role is intended for an entrepreneurial individual who is excited by the opportunity to build a high-growth AI company from the ground up and participate directly in the upside created through equity ownership.

The equity structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and agreed based on experience, network, expected commitment, and strategic contribution to the business.
