• Our agencies — 9H Digital and TAYB — serve global brands and Gulf clients with work that ranges from brand strategy and digital product to enterprise AI.
• We're growing fast in the region, and we're not looking for an employee to run it.
• We're looking for a partner.
• This is a co-founder role.
• You'll own equity in the Gulf entity, shape how we enter Doha, Kuwait City, and Riyadh, and build the team, the pipeline, and the culture from the ground up.
• We bring the infrastructure, the methodology, the live client base, and the capital.
• You bring the network, the credibility, and the ambition to build something that matters in the region.
• What you'll actually be doing
• Opening and running the Gulf operation across the three markets — not sequentially, but with a clear priority order you'll help define
• Owning commercial from day one: BD, proposals, client relationships, and close
• Hiring and leading the local team as you scale
• Sitting at the founding table of the Gulf entity — participating in strategic decisions, not just executing them
• Who we're looking for
• You've spent meaningful time building in the Gulf — ideally across at least two of the three markets.
• You understand how decisions get made, who makes them, and how to open doors without a cold email.
• You've worked inside or led a creative, tech, digital, or consulting business in the region.
• You're not looking for a corporate title and a salary ceiling — you want skin in the game.
• We're not prescriptive on background.
• Some of the profiles that would work well here: a former agency lead who's gone independent, a BD director at a consultancy who's ready to own something, or a Gulf-based entrepreneur who wants a structure and mandate behind them.
• The structure
• Equity stake in the Gulf entity (terms discussed directly)
• Base component structured to reflect that this is a founding role, not a hire
• Full operational authority in-market
• Backed by 9H Capital's infrastructure, client pipeline, and existing Gulf relationships
