About Replio

• Replio is a live, 24/7 AI customer-support agent for businesses.
• It answers customers instantly on WhatsApp, Telegram, and web chat, trained on each business's own knowledge base, and hands off to a human when needed.
• The product is built and in production, with businesses already using it.
• I've taken it from idea to a working multi-channel SaaS largely solo, and I'm now looking for a co-founder to grow it.
• The role
• This is a co-founder seat, not a job.
• You'll own go-to-market: getting Replio in front of the thousands of businesses that need it, and turning the working product into real, repeatable revenue.
• The product is built; the opportunity now is growth.
• What you'll own
• Sales and go-to-market strategy from the ground up
• Acquiring, onboarding, and retaining paying customers
• Building the outbound and partnership engine (agencies, resellers, communities)
• Pricing, positioning, and messaging alongside me
• Helping shape company direction as a founder
• Who you are
• Strong in sales, growth, or commercial operations, with a track record of bringing in customers or revenue
• Startup-minded and hands-on, comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and wearing many hats
• Self-driven and accountable, you do not need a playbook handed to you
• Genuinely want ownership and to build something, not a salaried role
• Ready for real skin in the game, both effort and an early founder-level commitment
