We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (Coo)
to join the founding team and lead our operational growth journey.
About The Role
As Co-Founder & COO, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing all operational functions of Serve U Better.
You will initially lead operations across Bengaluru and subsequently drive expansion across multiple cities in India.
This is not just a job—it's an opportunity to build a high-impact company from the ground up and create a lasting social and business impact.
Operations Leadership
- Build and scale end-to-end service delivery operations.
- Develop SOPs, quality frameworks, and operational excellence processes.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service reliability.
- Lead workforce planning, deployment, and utilization strategies.
Supply Network Development
- Build and manage a network of caregivers, childcare providers, cooks, housekeeping professionals, and other service providers.
- Design onboarding, training, and certification programs.
- Drive retention and engagement of service professionals.
Business Expansion
- Lead Bengaluru market expansion.
- Establish city launch playbooks for scaling across India.
- Build regional operational teams and leadership structures.
- Drive operational readiness for multi-city growth.
Team Building
- Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer obsession.
- Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and strategic partners.
Growth & Strategy
- Define operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the CEO on fundraising, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven efficiencies.
- Contribute to company vision, culture, and long-term growth strategy.
Ideal Candidateexperience
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Healthcare, Home Services, Hospitality, Logistics, or Consumer Services.
- Experience scaling operations across multiple cities is highly desirable.
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
- Experience leading large teams and managing field operations.
