We’ve secured 23 signed contracts & LOIs.

We have a scalable, nature-based carbon removal engine ready to deploy across Egypt.

Now, we need the partner who can turn this commercial momentum into institutional capital.

We are looking for a world-class Co-Founder & Chief Growth & Capital Officer to own our capital strategy, lead institutional fundraising, and drive cross-border strategic partnerships.

Working side-by-side with the Founder, you will be the bridge between our ground-level execution and global climate finance.

You are a fit if you have a track record in:

Venture Capital or Private Equity (structuring funds/leading deals)

Climate Finance & Carbon Markets (VCM, Article 6, forward-purchases)

AgTech or ClimateTech ecosystems

Institutional Fundraising (LP networks, DFIs, family offices, sovereign wealth funds)

Building cross-border strategic partnerships

This is an equity-only, founding-tier role—not a salaried corporate position.

You are coming in at the ground floor with significant ownership to help build one of the MENA region's most ambitious climate infrastructure companies.
