Rakib is seeking an ambitious and well-connected business leader in Saudi Arabia to join as
Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO)
and help build the company's presence in the Kingdom.
Rakib is currently headquartered in Muscat, Oman, with technology and product development led by the Founder & CEO.
We are now looking for a strategic business partner who can lead commercial growth, partnerships, fundraising, and expansion efforts across Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a true co-founder who wants to build, own, and grow a company alongside the founding team.
The Opportunity
As Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Rakib and establishing the company as a leading technology provider in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and take ownership of business growth, strategic relationships, market expansion, and capital formation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Rakib's expansion into Saudi Arabia
- Build relationships with enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute market-entry and growth strategies
- Identify commercial opportunities and secure new business
- Establish relationships with investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic funding partners
- Lead fundraising activities and capital acquisition efforts
- Represent Rakib at business, technology, startup, and investment events
- Build and lead future business development and commercial teams within Saudi Arabia
- Contribute to overall company strategy as a founding partner
Ideal Candidate
- Based in Saudi Arabia
- Strong professional network within the Saudi business ecosystem
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment, venture capital, enterprise sales, or startup leadership
- Proven ability to create and maintain high-level business relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment and building from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous founder or executive leadership experience
- Experience raising capital or working directly with investors
- Existing relationships with government programs, corporations, family offices, venture capital firms, or investment groups
- Experience scaling technology, SaaS, AI, or digital businesses
- Ability to contribute capital personally is welcomed but not required
