We are seeking an entrepreneurial CEO
for https://wealthville.net
to lead the commercial growth of an innovative AI-powered DeFi and Wealth Management platform.
The product has already been designed, developed, and launched.
The technology stack, platform architecture, and engineering leadership are in place.
We are now looking for a business-focused leader who can drive growth, partnerships, fundraising, market adoption, and strategic direction.
This is not a traditional salaried executive role.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a meaningful company and participate in its long-term upside through equity, revenue sharing, token allocation, or a combination thereof.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy
- Drive user acquisition and growth initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships across DeFi, Web3, fintech, wealth management, and institutional ecosystems
- Develop relationships with investors, venture funds, angel networks, and strategic partners
- Lead fundraising efforts
- Establish and grow communities across social and professional channels
- Build influencer, affiliate, and referral networks
- Represent the company at conferences, events, podcasts, webinars, and industry forums
- Work closely with the technical founding team to align product direction with market demand
- Recruit and build commercial, growth, and partnership teams over time
Ideal Candidate
- Startup founder, former founder, business leader, growth executive, or Web3 operator
- Strong network in crypto, DeFi, fintech, wealth management, venture capital, or startup ecosystems
- Proven experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development, community growth, or sales leadership
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with uncertainty and rapid experimentation
- Demonstrated ability to create opportunities rather than manage existing processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
