Co-Founder Opportunity (with Capital Commitment)

• We are seeking a strategic Co-Founder who brings both:
• Operational and/or commercial leadership experience
• A personal capital commitment to support growth and market expansion
• This is not a traditional employment role.
• This is a founder-level opportunity for someone who wants to build, own, and actively shape a globally scalable social impact technology company.

Role Overview

• As Co-Founder, you will:
• Co-own company strategy, execution, and long-term growth
• Lead or support fundraising and investor relations
• Drive expansion across the UAE, GCC, North America, Europe, Asia, and emerging markets
• Build partnerships with nonprofits, charities, government entities, corporations, and community organizations
• Develop growth, engagement, and ecosystem expansion strategies
• Represent Somus with investors, partners, regulators, and stakeholders
• Help recruit and build high-performing leadership teams
• Support product strategy, market positioning, and platform scaling
• The exact responsibilities will align with your strengths, whether in fundraising, partnerships, growth, operations, product, or business development.

Ownership, Investment & Commitment

• This role is designed for a high-conviction founder prepared to contribute both time and capital.
• **Equity:**
• Co-Founder-level ownership participation (structure based on contribution and commitment)
• **Capital:**
• Personal investment commitment
• **Time Commitment:**
• Preferably 20–60 hours per week, with a clear pathway toward full-time involvement
• **Contribution:**
• Strategic leadership, execution, network leverage, and ecosystem development
• **Alignment:**
• Long-term value creation through vesting and performance-based structures
• This is not a passive investor position.
• We are looking for an operator-investor who wants to actively build the company.
