Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled **CNC Press Brake Machine Operator** with at least 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and CNC press brake operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with **hard steel materials**, strong knowledge of machine programming, tooling selection, and bend sequence planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Press Brake machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings based on material specifications.
- Plan and execute bend sequences to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform bending operations on hard steel and heavy-gauge materials.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in CNC Press Brake machine operation.
- Experience working with **hard steel and heavy-gauge materials**.
- Strong understanding of **CNC press brake programming**.
- Knowledge of **tooling selection, bend allowance, bend deduction, and bend sequence planning**.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges.
- Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
