Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator located in Qatar.
The CNC Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines in adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring machine performance, performing routine maintenance, ensuring quality control of produced parts, and troubleshooting equipment.
Additionally, the role requires collaboration with engineering and production teams to optimize production processes and maintain safe operations.
Job Performance Required
- Responsible for all kind of machine works.
- Operating all kind of machine in shipyard such as milling machine, Lathe machine, Shaping machine, Slotting machine, Etc.
- Reading drawings of all jobs.
- Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
& Professional Qualification
I.T.I. training or Technical training school certificate in the trade of machinist.
Professional Experience
5-10 year experience in similar trade
Heavy engineering industries experience in machining required
Shipyard experience will be preferred.
