Job Responsibilities
- Handle RM (Raw Material) received reports and production planning.
- Monitor CNC machine output and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Supervise WIP (Work in Progress) control and follow-up till GI dispatch with proper production data.
- Manage inventory consumption for plates, angles, tools, and consumables.
- Raise tool and material indents as per production requirements.
- Execute CNC programming for plate and angle processing machines, including plasma and hole milling machines.
- Ensure proper machine care, preventive maintenance, and coordination for small CNC maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth workflow and output optimization.
- Support development and readiness of the second production line.
- Maintain production records, reports, and operational discipline on the shop floor.
