Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferred plus training in CNC Programming
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience CNC certification or CNC Trade School, a major plus
  • Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
  • General understanding of blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing, a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership and work ethic, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills is a must
  • Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere, with minimal supervision and comply with high quality standards.
  • Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing production priorities
  • Hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 depending on experience, plus a shift differential.
