CNC Operator (2nd Shift)

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join our 2nd Shift team . Set up and operate CNC milling machines to pre-finish fired ceramic cores.

Load programs, install tooling, and mount fixtures for production runs.

Load and unload parts while monitoring dimensional and visual quality.

Make minor machine adjustments and program offsets to maintain accuracy.

Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.

Perform tie-bar cutting operations and review X-rays as required.

Meet quality, productivity, and yield goals.

Maintain a safe, clean work area and support 6S initiatives.

Experience operating CNC milling equipment or similar machining equipment.

Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Manufacturing or machining experience preferred.
