Experienced CNC Operator role in Dubai.
Set up and run CNC machines, produce parts to drawing specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to drawings and work orders.
- Load and check CNC programs and adjust tool offsets.
- Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain tolerances.
- Monitor tool wear and promptly report machine faults or defects.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Keep production records and follow safety rules.
Required qualifications
- Five years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Skilled with precision measuring tools.
- Working knowledge of G-code and CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude.
