Role overview
Al Amazon Metal Industries LLC is hiring an experienced CNC Gasket Machine Operator for its foam gasket dispensing line for enclosures and panels.
The employer is a sheet metal fabrication company in Sharjah, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the CNC gasket dispensing machine for enclosure doors, covers, and panels.
- Load programs, set part positions, and perform first-piece checks before production.
- Monitor and adjust mix ratio, material level, and pressure as needed.
- Inspect gaskets for bead size, continuity, adhesion, and correct curing.
- Clean mixing heads, nozzles, and lines at shift end and perform routine maintenance.
- Prepare surfaces for dispensing through cleaning, degreasing, and masking.
- Record daily production, material usage, and rejects.
- Follow chemical-handling safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience operating CNC gasket dispensing or FIPFG machines.
- Experience with two-component polyurethane or silicone foam systems.
- Basic understanding of CNC programs and machine parameters.
- Ability to read technical drawings and gasket path layouts.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Experience in an enclosure or electrical panel factory is a strong plus.
Compensation
- Monthly salary is listed as AED 1,400–1,700, based on experience.
Schedule
- Working hours are 8 AM–6 PM.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
