Overview
- Role Summary
- : Setup, program, and operate automatic 2D CNC bending machines to produce high-volume wire forms and metal strips according to engineering blueprints.
- Daily Duties
- : Input CNC programs, monitor production quality, perform routine machine maintenance, and troubleshoot bending deviations. 2D Geometry Programming: Ability to program and adjust x and y-axis coordinates for flat-plane wire/strip processing.
- Direct min 2–3 years experience of dedicated operating CNC wire or automatic strip-bending machinery.
- Tooling Setup & Calibration: Proficiency in selecting, changing, and aligning bending heads, feed rollers, and cutting dies.
- Chinese XINJE servo Control Software Familiarity: Direct experience with industry-standard CNC interfaces (e.g.,Omron, XINJE or proprietary machine software).
- Blueprint Literacy
- : Proven ability to accurately read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, mechanical blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
