Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **CNA Instructor / Healthcare Trainer** to deliver training programs in Nursing Assistant, Caregiving, and Childcare.

The role focuses on supporting learners in building practical skills, professional knowledge, and workplace readiness for roles in healthcare support and childcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training sessions for CNA, caregiver, and childcare programs
  • Provide practical instruction in patient care, hygiene, safety, and daily support activities
  • Conduct demonstrations and supervise hands-on training
  • Assess learner progress through written and practical evaluations
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
  • Support learners through guidance and mentoring
  • Follow relevant training and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare training, CNA instruction, or a related teaching role
  • Background in Nursing, CNA, or a relevant healthcare field
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage classroom and practical training environments
  • Interest in teaching and supporting learner development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering CNA or caregiver training programs
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare practices or standards
  • Multilingual communication skills
