We’re looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving Hospice or Homecare services.

Whether you’re experienced or new to these specialties, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

• Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Flexible Per Diem schedule with available benefits

• Provide hands-on care to patients, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor and report vital signs or patient changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems
• Work closely with healthcare team members to deliver exceptional, holistic care

• Active CNA license in the State of Connecticut
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A caring, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred (training available)
