Overview
Lead - As an CMS Operations Lead, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of stakeholders.
Your role
will also require you to monitor system performance and provide insights to enhance service quality, contributing to a positive operational environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with service level agreements and operational metrics.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill
- 5 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.
- Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
