Basic qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring and developing on AEM or Amplience in a production environment.

Experience implementing content models, editorial workflows, and publishing pipelines for a content-heavy platform.

Experience integrating CMS and DAM systems with third-party services — video platforms, search, CDN, or distribution APIs.

Ability to configure permissions and role-based access for multi-user editorial teams.

Experience working on structured, phased delivery programmes with clear milestones and launch targets.

Strong communication skills — able to work with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with video asset management and broadcast clip ingestion pipelines.
