Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assess and execute maintenance work activities in a CMMS.
• Apply maintenance engineering experience to preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Improve maintenance processes and develop asset maintenance strategies.
• Conduct strategy workshops, review and approve deliverables, and coach team members.
• Create and validate preventive maintenance plans and task lists; associate equipment components with appropriate tasks.
• Use analytics to support maintenance decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate work order management with planning and scheduling teams.
• Analyze master data and recommend improvements to maintenance execution visibility and KPI dashboards.
• Extract and analyze SAP maintenance master data, optimize it, and support data quality improvements.

Required skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Experience managing equipment master records, functional locations, task lists and items, maintenance plans, strategies, and components.
• Ability to translate maintenance strategies into SAP master data and update records.
• Experience creating, validating, and maintaining preventive maintenance plans and task lists.
• Experience developing templates for SAP master data uploads.
• Knowledge of configuring equipment inspection characteristics and familiarity with SAP PM transaction codes.
• Ability to optimize maintenance master data and support KPI dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance, and work management processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• An engineering degree (BS Engg) is preferred.
• Plant maintenance master data management experience is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, and CMMS data configuration is preferred.
• Understanding of asset maintenance strategies and Oil & Gas equipment is preferred.
• Analytical, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills are preferred.
