About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging **CMA (Certified Management Accountant) Instructor** to deliver part-time training sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in management accounting concepts and the ability to train students effectively for CMA certification exams using practical and exam-focused approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training for **CMA Part 1 & Part 2**
- Cover core topics including:
• Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics
- Cost Management and Budgeting
- Internal Controls and Risk Management
• Financial Statement Analysis
- Corporate Finance and Decision Analysis
- Prepare and update training materials, question banks, and mock exams
- Conduct practice sessions and exam-oriented coaching
- Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments
- Provide guidance on CMA exam strategy and preparation
- Support students with queries and concept clarification
- Customize training based on batch requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CMA qualification (mandatory)
- **Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in accounting/finance**
- **Minimum 2+ years of teaching or training experience**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Additional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA (added advantage)
- Experience in corporate training or professional coaching
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business concepts
- Familiarity with classroom and online teaching tools
