Job Summary

The Cluster Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible Miraval, The Red Sea and Grand Hyatt, The Red Sea Hotels for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support business staffing needs.

This role includes sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, onboarding support, and ensuring timely mobilization of candidates in line with operational requirements.

Recruitment & Hiring

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for assigned departments

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders

Candidate Management

Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update candidate status

Communicate clearly with candidates regarding offer, documentation, and onboarding steps

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Onboarding & Mobilization

Coordinate onboarding process including documentation, visa processing, and travel arrangements

Follow up with candidates, agencies, and internal department for timely completion of onboarding requirements

Align candidate arrival plans with visa timelines and operational needs

Department Coordination

Liaise with hiring managers, HR team, finance, and external recruitment agencies

Follow up on approvals (offers, tickets, accommodation, etc.)

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records

Track visa status, onboarding progress, and joining timelines

Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding procedures
  • Experience in handling international recruitment and visa processing is an advantage
