The Cluster Sales Manager generates and manages group sales and supports revenue growth across assigned Hilton properties.
The role supports the Cluster Commercial team and the properties’ overall business and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, government, and other market segments.
- Build client, key-account, travel-agency, and business-partner relationships; grow existing accounts and acquire new ones.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business development activities.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, rates, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities; coordinate with hotel departments to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate property sales activity, maintain account records and forecasts, and report performance against targets.
- Participate in sales trips and industry events as required; follow Hilton standards, policies, and brand requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel or hospitality sales experience.
- Previous hotel sales experience, preferably in a branded or international hotel environment.
- Experience with corporate or key accounts, MICE, travel trade, or other hotel-related market segments.
- Strong hospitality-market knowledge, business development ability, negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/commercial systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
