Lead the Reservations function across The Derby London City and Lost Property St. Paul’s, both Curio Collection by Hilton hotels managed by Dominus Hospitality.
Oversee daily reservations operations, guest service, team development and revenue opportunities across both properties.
Reports to the Cluster Director of Revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the Reservations team, including regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance reviews and training.
- Oversee accurate and efficient handling of bookings, amendments, guest requests and related tasks.
- Support pricing strategies, inventory controls and revenue optimisation with the Cluster Director of Revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages and promotions; identify upselling opportunities to maximise ADR, occupancy and RevPAR.
- Manage reservations in PMS, CRS and OTA platforms; perform audits and improve processes and data accuracy.
- Resolve escalated enquiries, special requests, VIP bookings and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate guest and VIP information with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping and other hotel teams.

Lost Property St. Paul’s has 145 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, coffee house and gym.
Requirements
- Lead and develop the Reservations function across two hotels.
- Maintain strong knowledge of room types, rates, packages and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping and hotel operations teams.
