Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in cluster management, infrastructure management, or related operational roles
- Proven expertise with cluster management tools and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Mesos, or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and distributed systems architecture
- Demonstrated proficiency in performance monitoring and capacity planning
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline operational tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms and environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices and tools (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes and present findings clearly
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
