Cluster Director of Sales

Overview

• This position reports directly to the Managing Director and is part of the senior leadership team.
• This position will be responsible for defining and implementing an integrated sales strategy that maximizes revenue, drives market share, and positions the entire cluster assets as a premier destination within the region and beyond.
• Develop and lead a unified sales strategy across all business verticals: luxury accommodations, MICE, corporate and leisure travel, waterpark groups and ticketing, and beach club memberships and events.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary sales team, ensuring alignment, performance, and collaboration across assets.
• Foster strong commercial partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, event organizers, and government entities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue, and operations to drive cohesive commercial planning and execution.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies proactively to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the destination at major international trade shows, roadshows, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for the Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North brand.
• Deliver on revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and ROI-driven decision-making across the cluster.
