Develop and implement revenue strategies that optimize RevPAR, GOPPAR, and total hotel revenue across both properties.
Create accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for rooms, F&B, and ancillary revenue streams.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews, adjusting strategies in response to market conditions.
Lead revenue meetings with property leadership, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
Monitor local, regional, and global market trends, including competitor pricing, demand shifts, and travel patterns.
Conduct segmentation and channel mix analysis to evaluate revenue opportunities.
Identify emerging demand periods, group displacement impacts, and business opportunities.
Develop dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and total yield.
Ensure optimal inventory management across all distribution channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate, wholesale).
Oversee rate loading, parity, and system accuracy across both properties.
Evaluate and approve group and corporate rate proposals, RFPs, and long-stay opportunities.
Maintain optimal visibility, competitiveness, and positioning across all online and offline channels.
Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance conversion, website performance, and digital demand generation.
Monitor OTA performance, commission costs, and distribution efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the cluster revenue team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to drive alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
Provide training and tools to ensure cross-departmental understanding of revenue management principles.
Oversee property RMS, PMS, CRS, channel manager, and related revenue systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support executive decision-making.
