Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *Cluster Bar Manager* to oversee the operations of multiple lounge bars and nightclub venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple venues
- Drive sales, profitability & guest satisfaction
- Supervise bar managers, bartenders & service teams
- Control inventory, beverage costing & staff scheduling
- Maintain premium service standards & nightlife atmosphere
- Coordinate events, promotions & VIP guest relations
- Ensure compliance with operational & safety standards
- ***Requirements:*** **5+ years experience in lounge bar/nightclub operations**
- Multi-venue or cluster management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, nightlife operations & beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication & team management skills
- *Candidates with experience in luxury lounges, rooftop bars, beach clubs, or premium nightlife venues are highly preferred.*
