The Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager oversees hotel reservations operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences.
Reservations and revenue responsibilities
- Manage room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
- Adjust rates, occupancy strategies, and promotions to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Sales and Events on group bookings, corporate rates, and special events.
- Manage third-party booking site and agent relationships, rates, and reservation procedures.
- Prepare and review occupancy, revenue, and forecasting reports for planning and departmental decisions.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, coach staff, and foster a productive work environment.
