As a Cluster Assistant Purchasing Manager, you're not just supporting the purchasing process across multiple hotels – you're helping spread the light and warmth of hospitality by ensuring the right products and supplies are available at the right time, contributing to memorable experiences for every
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement operations: Manage purchasing and inventory of general merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Align with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with the Chef and hotel management to align purchases with hotel needs and specifications.
- Manage supplier relationships: Secure competitive pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure quality control: Review shipments to confirm products meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
- Lead and develop the team: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.
