Part-time hybrid Volunteer Coordinator role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

Organizes, guides, and supports volunteers involved in community and energy-related initiatives.

Work includes on-site activities and some work-from-home arrangements.

Recruit and onboard volunteers; schedule and coordinate volunteer activities.
Maintain accurate records of participation and impact.
Communicate with volunteers and internal teams; prepare basic reports.
Facilitate orientation and training, and help keep volunteers engaged and informed.
Support public awareness programs about energy use, safety, and sustainability.

Coordinate, organize, and schedule volunteer activities reliably.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging volunteers and working with teams and community stakeholders.
Basic administration and record keeping, including databases, attendance logs, and simple reports.
Problem-solving, time-management, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfort with digital tools for remote coordination, online meetings, and documentation.
Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and respect for diverse backgrounds; interest in community service and public-sector work.
Volunteer coordination, community outreach, or nonprofit experience is advantageous, not required.
Related post-secondary education or training is beneficial.
