Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Kubernetes to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and configuration management to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deliver continuous updates across multiple environments while maintaining system stability.
• Monitor system performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or potential outages to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce security best practices within DevOps processes to support compliance and protect sensitive data.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and incident reports clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for reproducible deployments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate software delivery.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch to track system health.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM policies, network security, and data encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
