Vivacious Hospitality is seeking a skilled **Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect (Mid-Senior)** to join our tech team.
This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to support our hospitality services and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles, with a focus on cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and architecture design best practices.
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security in cloud environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize production and staging environments.
- Provide support for cloud-related incidents, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain documentation for cloud configurations, workflows, and best practices.
