Cloud & DevOps Lead

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Lead to drive cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and team leadership across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, solid multi-cloud exposure to AWS and GCP, and a proven track record of leading Cloud and DevOps engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Cloud & DevOps engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery excellence
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available Azure architectures
• Manage and configure cloud networking and security components, including:
• Azure Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet/FortiWeb
• Load Balancers, Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door, CDN
• Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust)
• VPNs (Site-to-Site and Point-to-Site)
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform and ARM templates
• Lead CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Ansible
• Deploy, manage, and optimize AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) environments
• Work with Azure AI services and support modern cloud-native solution development
• Collaborate closely with development teams (e.g., .NET, Laravel, Drupal)
• Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and architecture diagrams
• Ensure security, cost optimization, performance tuning, and governance across cloud environments
• Act as a key technical decision-maker and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Take end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
• Implement and manage cloud security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities
• Implement observability and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, alerts, and dashboards

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles, including team leadership
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, with exposure to AWS and GCP

• Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts
• Azure AI services
• Strong understanding of hybrid networking and VPN configurations

(CCNA/CCNP certifications are a plus)
