Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients
  • Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Review, update, and oversee behavior intervention programs
  • Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical practices
  • Built-In Administrative Support
  • You'll be supported by:
  • Dedicated Scheduling Team
  • Family and Client Services Team
  • Authorization and Billing Support
  • HR and Training Department
  • Standardized systems and clinical resources

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous BCBA experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work across home, school, clinic, and community settings
  • Passion for delivering meaningful, client-centered care
