The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) provides advanced clinical expertise, operational support, and leadership across assigned units including the Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Operating Room (OR), and Medical-Surgical Units.
The CRN supports patient care delivery, ensures clinical standards compliance, optimizes patient flow, and acts as a resource for nursing staff to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency of care.
