The Clinical Program Director is responsible for:

• The oversight of the day-to-day operations of SUDT services delivered at the assigned MA DOC location(s)
• Ensuring that clinical services are delivered in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical philosophy and design, in accordance with evidence-based practices and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies
• Displaying knowledge with respect to all governing regulatory bodies and accreditation standards as they pertain to clinical services
• Maintaining a clinical caseload, as needed, to support patient care and SUDT operations.
• Working closely with the Executive Clinical Director and other management staff to ensure smooth operation, the delivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinical services
