• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to optimize service delivery
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning for clinical departments
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Business Administration is an advantage
• Proven experience in healthcare operations, clinical management, or hospital administration
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinical workflows
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
