EXPERIENCE
- Three years of clinical experience required.
- Preferred Experience:
- Three years of experience in learning and/or training and facilitation to include one or more of the following: Design and delivery of instructor-led training (live and/or virtual); Leading staff and/or leadership development and professional skills training; Evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Position requires lifting of 20 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and significant periods of standing.
- Occasional minor discomforts from continual exposure to video display terminal.
- Reliable transportation for frequent travel between work sites.
- Within the bounds of their respective job descriptions, all staff are expected to exercise principle-centered leadership, focused on customer service responsiveness, with a continuous quality improvement orientation. Additionally, all staff are expected to develop a working knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures related to safety management and other Joint Commission standards.
