Role overview
Oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise therapists, and support structured clinic growth.
Work with ownership to establish a scalable, high-performing clinical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Speech-Language Pathologists, ABA Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
- Ensure compliance with PHIPA and regulatory requirements.
- Develop clinical protocols and documentation standards.
- Conduct and/or oversee assessments.
- Participate in clinician hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and support caseload development and utilization targets.
- Contribute to long-term expansion planning.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario or the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
- At least five years of pediatric clinical experience.
- Clinical Director experience of three years is required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset and interest in structured growth.
Pay
- Pay range is $60,800 to $162,000 per year.
