Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurse - Stepdown Intermediate Care

What You Will Do
- Assist with direct patient care, including admissions, discharges, transfers, and clinical tasks such as IVs and blood draws.
- Assess patient conditions and respond to clinical emergency situations.
- Recognize, resolve, and report situations that jeopardize patient rights, safety, or customer service.
- Coach patient care unit staff in clinical practice, critical thinking, and customer service skill development.
- Coordinate bed utilization within inpatient hospital patient care units.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of relevant acute care nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong facilitative interpersonal skills.
- Michigan Nursing License.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
- ACLS certification.
