Clinical Asset Procurement Comptroller

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for clinical and medical assets, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor purchasing budgets, invoices, vendor agreements, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Maintain accurate records of clinical equipment inventory and asset tracking
• Conduct audits and reconcile procurement and inventory discrepancies
• Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for operational savings
• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and procurement standards
• Prepare procurement and asset management reports for leadership review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in procurement, asset management, inventory control, or healthcare operations preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
