Job Title: Clinic Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our team in a leading medical and aesthetic center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare supervisory role
- Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and patient handling abilities
- Good knowledge of clinic operations and service quality standards
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage reception and patient service standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed
- Ensure high level of patient satisfaction and handle complaints
- Coordinate with doctors and management to improve clinic efficiency
- Support marketing and sales targets within the clinic
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
